Authors are encouraged to submit their contributions (1 article per participant) also in the form of regular journal papers. Conference proceedings will be published in Integrated Ferroelectrics, Lithuanian Journal of Physics and Chemija journals.
Manuscripts should be submitted until November 23, 2020 to fmnt@ff.vu.lt, indicating the preferred journal.
Integrated Ferroelectrics – provides an international, interdisciplinary forum for electronic engineers and physicists as well as process and systems engineers, ceramicists, and chemists who are involved in research, design, development, manufacturing and utilization of integrated ferroelectric devices. Such devices unite ferroelectric films and semiconductor integrated circuit chips.
